Book a free private 1:1 online session. We'll discuss your pole history & experience, your current pole situation & pole goals, and of course, get to know one another.

2. Weekly Coaching 

If we decide to work together, I will plan and email weekly pole workouts designed uniquely for YOU and YOUR goals. We will setup weekly 30 minute private 1:1 online sessions to go over the workouts and any struggles you may be having that week.

3. Weekly Check-ins

Our weekly 1:1 online sessions will serve to keep you accountable and motivated, plus allow us to discuss your progress, make any changes, and keep your pole goals on track. I will also be available for support through email and my private FB Group.

I am Angela Marie.

I am a wife, mom of two teenagers, 2 dogs and one crazy cat. I live in the same small beach town where I grew up because I am a total beach girl!  

Things I love…  

Morning coffee or a hot cup of tea in the afternoon... Dark Chocolate... Football... Baseball... UFC... My toes in the sand...sunshine & tanlines! Music, concerts... I love it all!  

I have always been into fitness and was a critical care nurse for 10 years, but in 2006, I fell in love with pole fitness and that changed everything.
