I’m more than a pole instructor with a bunch of online tutorials— I help women transform their random, non-progressing, "I don't know what to do" home pole workouts into workouts that are challenging but do-able, progressive but at your pace, and designed to meet your own personal pole goals.
As a PoleMoves Master Trainer and instructor with over 12 years of teaching experience, I know pole! I will plan workouts that will motivate you, excite you, and push you towards your pole goals. Plus, I will be there checking in and keeping you on track throughout our pole fitness journey together!

Book a free private 1:1 online session. We'll discuss your pole history & experience, your current pole situation & pole goals, and of course, get to know one another.
All you need is a pole and a device with a camera--(phone, laptop etc).
If we decide to work together, I will plan and email weekly pole workouts designed uniquely for YOU and YOUR goals. We will setup weekly 30 minute private 1:1 online sessions to go over the workouts and any struggles you may be having that week.
Our weekly 1:1 online sessions will serve to keep you accountable and motivated, plus allow us to discuss your progress, make any changes, and keep your pole goals on track. I will also be available for support through email and my private FB Group.
