#1 INVERT PREP
Prerequisites & Strength
After a warm-up, we will practice strength moves & prep skills that will prepare and strengthen you for inverting. There will be options for those just learning to invert and for those already inverting.
#2 INVERT DRILLS
Drills & Skillsets
The strength segment will lead us into the drills & skillsets portion of the class. This part of the class will strengthen and prepare you for success in inverting. We will work the progressions from the floor to off the ground.
#3 INVERT SKILLS
Foundations & Techniques
Build the foundation, learn the proper techniques, and understand the progression readiness for basic inverting. Understand safe invert practice, entrance & exit options, and the importance of push/pull and contact points.
Each class will be an hour-long and will include a warm-up, strength & drills segment, skillsets & technique, and finish with cooldown & stretch.
