“I'm a 29 yr old mother, work full time, and I've struggled with my weight all of my life. I've never been into exercise, but I tried pole and I liked it so much that I purchased a pole. I actually enjoy fitness now! I have never been one who liked exercise, but when you accomplish something you originally thought impossible (like pole), you realize how much strength you really have.
