This 4-Week Course Includes:

We will warm-up and then go into strength drills with options for the beginner-intermediate poler.

#2 POLE ROUTINE

We will breakdown a pole routine in each class that will have progressive options for the beginner to intermediate poler. Each routine will include a climb & pose option, dance moves, a spin, and floor moves.

#3 COOL-DOWN

At the end of every class, we will do a cool-down & stretch that may be on the pole, on the mat, or a combo of both.

Each class will be an hour-long and will include a warm-up, strength segment, routine breakdown & practice, and finish with cool-down & stretch.
